Inverse Functions

In this lesson I will teach you about inverse functions.  An inverse function is a function that “un-does” another function.  In terms of algebra a function and it’s inverse are “anti-functions” of each other.  When you combine the two functions all you’re left with is the most basic of each function.  It’s hard for me to explain these concepts in words so it’s really important that you watch the lesson video.  As we study inverse functions you will be required to find a composite function and graph lines.  Hence make sure you review those respective skills so you can take on this topic.  One last thing, we will be using a new mathematical notation to express a function’s inverse so please take good and organized notes.
